Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to help you out with returns and exchanges made within 30 days of order receipt—but PLEASE BE AWARE that the customer is responsible for all additional costs of shipping (back to us + back to you) that returns and exchanges may incur. While we'd love to offer free returns, we're a small business and haven't yet reached the point of a free return policy being financially viable. Thanks for understanding.

Accepted returns / exchanges must be processed within 30 days of order receipt and be in their original unwashed and unworn condition to qualify. We do not charge a restocking fee. In the case of merchandise that arrives damaged or defective, we're always happy to make things right at no additional cost to you.

THERE ARE NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES ON VINTAGE CLOTHING ITEMS OR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS UNLESS THE ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Domestic Shipping

We offer First Class and Priority Mail through the USPS on all orders. Orders typically ship out from our storefront in Asheville, NC within 1-3 days of order receipt. Depending on your location, you can expect your domestic order within 3-8 days of purchase depending on which shipping option you select—barring issues / delays with the Postal Service, which are beyond our control.

If there is an error / delay with your delivery, we encourage you to contact your local post office. Once shipments have been picked up by the USPS, we no longer control their delivery and are unable to provide you with information about what / where your package might be outside of information provided by tracking. The USPS will have this information. In the event that your shipment arrives damaged or is reported lost by the postal service after contacting them, please contact us and we will figure out a way to make things right for you.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping through USPS and DHL, with rates generated by these carriers at checkout. Package tracking and delivery is the responsibility of the carrier once we have shipped your order. Please understand that additional charges may apply to orders that are returned to us.

If there is no auto-generated pricing for your location through either of these carriers, we charge a default international shipping rate of $45.
